Cash Value, Credit & Capital: How to Use Life Insurance to Fuel Your Lending Strategy

Life insurance isn’t just protection - it can be power.
Join us for a dynamic virtual fireside chat with Amber Murrell, one of the youngest African American women to own a State Farm agency in metro Atlanta. Amber will share how life insurance can become a powerful tool for private lenders and wealth builders, from accessing liquidity to enhancing creditworthiness.
A former track star, Amber graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Human Development & Family Studies. She earned SEC Academic Honor Roll 3 years in a row, pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and later completed her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her professional journey took her from claims associate in Dallas to becoming a multi-award-winning agency owner back in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.
Since launching her agency in 2021, Amber has achieved Honor Club and Ambassador Club recognition four years in a row—a rare accomplishment that reflects both production and service excellence. But what really drives her is financial education—especially helping Black families and business owners understand the full wealth potential of life insurance.

### 💡 In this session, you’ll learn:

  • How to use cash value in permanent life insurance policies as collateral for lending
  • How to access policy loans to fund private deals or business moves
  • How life insurance can enhance your credit profile and financial presentation
  • Why life insurance is more than a safety net—it’s a wealth-building vehicle

Whether you’re currently lending or just learning, this fireside-style event will help you connect the dots between legacy, leverage, and liquidity.
