Welcome to LO Academy 😊

When I started in the mortgage business in 2002, I quickly realized that if I wanted to be successful, I would have to LEARN a few things. I got almost no support from my manager and ended up making lots of mistakes. I am kind of “process geek” and over time I developed a process and system for interacting with my borrowers, Realtors and builders. During my second year in the business, I closed over $1 million every month.

I have been challenged with crazy market conditions…. Like 2008. I have dealt with pretty much everything from construction loans, hard money lending and tons of traditional residential mortgages. I have worked for a major bank, a couple of correspondent lenders and have been an independent mortgage broker. I never advertised or bought leads. My business is 100% referral based.

At this phase in my career, my passion is to share my love of the mortgage industry and help other loan officers reach their goals and potential!

I provide this academy for free. I do not charge, and I never will. I don’t have anything to sell. I was doing it for my own team, and one day I just decided to offer it to anyone who wants to come.
