ONLINE: Local Area Marketing & Networking Group - 2021 Business Planning Roadmap

We begin 2021 for our Lower Mountains members with a combined groups Business Planning event on 14 January 2021.

Living and working in a disruptive environment doesn't mean you can't plan your business. More than ever business owners need to focus on business planning and how they will manage the Covid-19 disruption - because it's going to be here for a while!

That's why the Local Area Marketing & Networking group Group is staging this important event to help all its members amend their existing business plans or build a new one responsive to current and expected conditions.

It brings together key elements of the Group's Small Business Knowledge Program 2021 into the newly created Business Health Insulation project Successfully Transitioning Covid-19 Impacts into the Future.

The session will focus on managing the unpredictability, getting back to basics and re-examining the changed needs of clients and meeting those changes.

NOTE: Customisable Business Continuity templates will provided to attendees for Business Plan inclusion.
