Local Autistic Adults Meetup

Local Autistic Adults Meetup is a low-pressure, peer-led social group for autistic adults in and around Bristol.

The aim of the group is simple: to offer a reason to get out of the house once a month and spend time with other autistic adults in a way that feels manageable and respectful.

Meetups are activity-based rather than discussion-based. This might include walking, visiting local places, or other simple shared activities. Talking is optional, and there is no expectation to share personal experiences.

This is a social meetup, not a counselling or therapy group. No diagnosis is required. People are welcome to attend, leave early, or take part in whatever way feels right for them.
