Please join us on Sunday November 27th from 8:30AM -12:00PM for a 8.4 mile, 1000 ft elevation gain hike starting from the beautiful Juan Bautista de Anza Park in Calabasas.

The park will connect us with the Talepop Loop trail that climbs a ridgeline with nice views of Liberty Canyon, Las Virgenes Canyon and oak-studded rolling hills. "Talepop" is the name of the Chumash village that once existed here.

This hike will be done in two, 4.2 mile segments with the first segment going in a clockwise direction from the park. We will be doing a lolly pop loop route which will return us to our starting point for a short snack break before heading out in a counter clockwise lolly pop loop. Upon our return to the park anyone can stick around for a picnic lunch at the shaded tables.

The swing is gone but the swingers will be there!
