You’ve done the work. You’ve healed, you’ve grown, you’ve rebuilt. And yet somewhere between the meeting someone and the moment things start to get real —the wall goes up. The guard comes back. The old stories whisper: be careful, don’t trust, don’t need too much.

This workshop is for the woman who is ready to change that.
In two hours together, we’ll go beneath the story and into the body — where heartbreak actually lives — and begin the process of releasing what you’ve been carrying into your love life. Not by pretending it didn’t happen. Not by forcing yourself to be positive. But by doing the real, tender work of letting the past be the past so that something new can actually find you.

You’ll leave with:
1. A deeper understanding of why you close — and how to gently begin to open
2. Practical tools for showing up differently with men
3. A felt sense in your body of what it means to lead with an open heart.

Meet Kathryn Beachy
Is a somatic coach, love facilitator, and certified divorce and
transformational love coach with over two decades in mind-body wellness and relational healing. She specializes in guiding women through the journey from heartbreak and divorce recovery into dating again with confidence, clarity, and an open heart — moving out of protection and into the kind of connection they actually want.
Now based in Santa Fe, she facilitates workshops and one-on-one coaching for women who are ready to stop letting the past write the story of what’s possible.
