What we’re about
Hi, this is a book club to discuss and share any thoughts and opinions on books/journals/news etc. Thoughts and opinions ranging from sheer reverence of the masterpiece to doubts and questions will all be equally appreciated. Anyone that wants to have a decent discourse on written things is welcomed to join.
The designated leader of the meeting will prepare two to three (or as many as one wants to) questions to lead the discussion and help the discussion unfurl itself. Books are selected by the host.
We also hold an Open Mic Comedy during weekends. This is to help digest and process any thoughts occurred during the reading. It doesn't have to be related to selected books/news/journals and etc.
The host of this meet-up lives in Seoul and runs a small cafe for aspiring readers, writers and comics.
