Building Harmonious Organizations, an interactive talk with author Trip Barthel

Details
How can we work together to overcome difficulties, solve problems and achieve harmony? Join us Thursday evening May 14th at LOHAUS to meet and learn with author and Jiaotong University professor Trip Barthel, who will talk about a new approach to conflict resolution in organizations.
As the former director of a community mediation center and a specialist in conflict resolution, Trip proposes a model of enlightened interaction - Affirmative Facilitation - based on promoting personal happiness and social growth. Affirmative Facilitation works beyond only solving the conflict, and incorporates Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence to resolve issues, improve relationships, and promote human flourishing, for both the individual and the organization.
