🍵 Chinese Tea Ceremony 🫖
After welcoming, we start with drinking sacred 7-star Pu’er tea in noble silence.
Then there is a short guided meditation.
Following that is a dharma sharing round (optional to share your experience).
Afterwards we stay and chat informally as a group.

This is an open group (so you can join any event, with/without meditation experience).
Wear comfortable clothes for sitting on the floor for meditation. We do have chairs if needed.
There is no cost for joining, however we do accept donations because we serve very exquisite Chinese Pu’er tea known for it’s healthy properties.
Often people bring their children and play with ours outside or upstairs while the adults meet, so children are welcome. We even had a baby joining a few times, we don't mind if they make noise :) (All children must be accompanied by an adult however)
