IQVIA is hosting its next London Clinical and Health Data Science Meetup on Thursday 20th June, in IQVIA's London Paddington office. This event is for data scientists who are interested in state of the art advanced analytics in the clinical research and health science fields, as well as for anyone with an interest in AI applied to healthcare. The event is open to anyone (both IQVIA employees and external guests).

The event will start at 6pm, with three talks followed by a mix-and-mingle session. Light refreshments will be served. The speakers for this event will be:

  • Sarah Seager (OMOP, IQVIA), "Introduction to OMOP".
  • Milou Brand (OMOP, IQVIA), "OMOP analytics case study"
  • Stephen Town (OMOP, IQVIA), "Opportunities for machine learning with OMOP"

The event address is IQVIA, The Point, North Wharf Road, Paddington, W2 1AF. It will be held in the lower ground floor cafeteria.

Please note that all attendees will need to let us know their full name and affiliation prior to attending, so that they can be checked off by our building security. An email will be sent to all people who RSVP "yes" to the event a week in advance, to obtain these details. RSVPs will close one week before the event.
