Welcome to our group! Maintaining habits that support our physical and mental health (or any habit at all lol) can be a challenge for us neurodivergent folks. I hope to share with you my knowledge and experience in the fields of sports and nutrition science, stress and pain management and longevity, in an non-judgemental and friendly way to the neurodivergent brain, and also to learn with you along the way about our specific needs and challenges whitin our neurodivergent community!
