Festive Afternoon Tea with a glass of Rose Bollinger Champagne at the Goring

For more than a century, The Goring has been enchanting the spirit of Christmas through the timeless art of Afternoon Tea. As the holder of The British Tea Guild Council’s Top London Afternoon Tea Award and The Award of Excellence, we continue to delight guests with delicious pastries, fruity homemade jams and high quality tea blends. The menu changes to offer the freshest, locally-sourced fruits in line with the season.
Afternoon Tea is served in the luxurious, five-star surroundings of The Dining Room.

Dress code:

Smart Casual
No sportswear, athletic trainers, shorts or ripped jeans. Ties are not required, however gentlemen are encouraged to wear a jacket over a shirt, which may be removed at the table.

Time:

14:45-15:00 Arrivals

15:00-17:00 Afternoon Tea. Please note due to the nature of the event, we will be on a strict 2 hour table limit, as such I kindly ask all participants to arrive ahead of the time.

They also offer a gluten-free tea, which can be requested in advance.

Payment:

£75 to be paid on RSVP which includes £65 deposit + organiser / Paypal fees.

Please note any additional fees are charged by Meetup directly and not myself. This fee will be refunded to you by Meetup if event is cancelled. You can avoid this charge by subscribing to Meetup+.

The £65 deposit will be deducted from your bill on the day or kept as a cancelation fee.

The Festive Afternoon Tea costs £95 excluding service charge of 12.5% payable on the day. Please note the service charge is subject to change without a prior notice. By booking you agree to pay full service charge on the day of the event unless all participants unanimously agree not to.

Refund policy:

Full refund minus £2 (to cover non-refundable PayPal fees) will be refunded only if event if cancelled or rescheduled.

If you can no longer attend, you can sell your spot to someone on waitlist.
