Agentic AI is moving quickly from impressive demos to real production systems. But reliable agents require more than strong models and clever prompts and tools.
๐Ÿงฐ They need a harness. Harness Engineering is hottest ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ topic of the 2026.

โšฝ๏ธ FIFA World Cup Semi Final happening on the day so we will wrap up the main event before 8 PM and if ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ England is playing we are live streaming the semi final from the event venue.

๐ŸŽซ Please bring a valid photo ID with you for venue entry as it's mandatory requirement.
A production agent harness is the engineering layer around the model: runtime, tools, memory, identity, permissions, security boundaries, evaluations, observability, debugging, deployment workflows and feedback loops. It is the difference between an agent that works in a demo and an agent that can safely operate in the real world.

Join London Agentic AI hosted by Amazon for a deep technical evening on Harness Engineering: the practical discipline of building, deploying, testing and operating production-ready AI agents.
This event will explore how agent builders design the full operating environment required for reliable agentic systems.

What Weโ€™ll Cover

  • What Harness Engineering means and why it matters now
  • How production agents differ from prototypes
  • Agent runtime, tool access, memory and identity patterns
  • Secure execution, sandboxing and enterprise system integration
  • Evaluation, tracing, observability and debugging for agents
  • Real-world lessons from building and operating agent harnesses

## Speakers and Talks

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Talk 1: Agents FC: Harness Your Agents Into a Winning Team
Speaker: Anisha Malde : Senior Developer Advocate at Amazon

Abstract: Multi-agent orchestration is powerful, but without a defined harness around it, it's a black box. Agents route dynamically, hand off silently, and hallucinate. Harness engineering is about designing the scaffolding around your agents: the environments they work in, how context gets delivered, how outputs get verified, how plans get captured, how the agents coordinate, and where & when humans can intervene.

What if you could organise & coach your agents like a World Cup football team? "Agents FC" is our analogy for harness engineering and orchestration as a football team. Each agent role maps to a tested orchestration pattern: the Captaincoordinates routing, the Playmaker retrieves context, the Striker delivers the output, the Defenders run mid-flight verification, and the Goalkeeper catches failures at the output boundary before they escape. And then there's the harness: how they pass the ball between each other, what tools each one carries on the pitch, how the team learns from a missed shot, and how every move gets logged so you, as the manager, can change formation mid-task to restructure the orchestration, make substitutions when a strategy isn't working, or call a "half-time team talk" to review progress.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Talk 2 : Omnigent: A meta-harness for AI Agents

Speaker: Sultan Al Awar : Solutions Architect at Databricks

Abstract: Coding agents are everywhere, but enterprises face fragmented tooling, security risk, and hard choices of models and harnesses. This talk introduces Omnigent, a Databricks open source meta-harness that enables agent composition, enforces contextual policies that keep security and cost in control, and supports real-time human collaboration across live agent sessions.

Bio: Solutions Architect at Databricks, working with Digital Natives Businesses in energy, health-tech and insurance industries.
๐ŸŽ™๏ธTalk 3 : Pydantic AI Harness Engineering

Speaker: Samuel Colvin: CEO of Pydantic AI

Abstract: Coming soon
