How can we overcome the challenges we face when we have distributed teams?

Commercial sponsor and shareholders based in America, Product Owner based in Europe and Delivery team based in Asia. This kind of distribution is becoming more common place, so how do we go about overcoming the challenges associated with such a situation?

We encourage members to take photographs and videos during our sessions. If you are not happy for images of you to be posted on the internet/used to publicise the group, please do not attend this event.
The event will be held in the upstairs room at The Savoy Tup: although drinks are obtained from the downstairs bar. The Savoy Tup does not serve food, but you are welcome to bring your own.
