Tech Talk 1: Building Generative AI Apps

Abstract: This talk will take you through, what is "generative AI" what to use it for and how do I even build something?
This practical talk will lay some foundations on things you need to know about generative AI and get you started on some practical examples to ensure you leave this talk eager to build something yourself maybe as an experiment to learn or why not as the basis for your AI startups tech MVP.

Tech Talk 2: Analyze User Intent for LLM Applications
Speaker: Marcelo Vilela @Skyscanner
Abstract: How to capture and analyse user intent to iteratively develop your LLM application. Designing and tracking of customer journeys within Conversational UI Apps, emphasizing the importance of a well-structured dialogue to enhance user engagement. Drawing parallels from modern advancements in zero-shot transfer for dialogue modeling, we will explore how a context-aware dialogue flow can elevate the user experience.
