About us
AI Professionals connects practitioners, researchers, and engineers across six cities who share one thing in common: at their company, they're the one everybody runs to.
Our community brings together people from machine learning, data science, engineering, and related fields; but not to talk about the field. We're here to equip the people in it.
If the pilot, the integration, the model behaving strangely, and the deck for leadership all route through you, you already know what this group is about. In a gold rush, everybody digs. The ones who do well are the ones holding the right equipment, and nobody ever handed you any.
This is the room where you pick it up.
What we offer:
- A short post every weekday; one idea and one small thing you can do that day. Three minutes, free, always. Each one is a rep at part of the job they'll eventually hand you the title for.
- Regular working sessions on the parts of that job nobody teaches: the vision, the center of excellence, the use cases that make it to production, the governance, the executives, the team, the tools, and the number it all has to move.
- A peer network of 11,000+ professionals: across six global cities who understand the problem without you having to explain it first.
- A twelve-month private pathway: for members who want to go all the way through it, with a workbook and a personal plan each month. Twelve months, twelve times through the whole job, and something you built to show for every one of them.
- A sponsored three-to-four day getaway: attend events, collect the code announced live at each one, and once you have five you're entered. You build the systems that never sleep. This is the part where you disconnect for four days. Travel and stay covered, nothing to pay.
Get involved:
- Become a member: short daily posts and weekly discussions will always be free.
- Or just come to one: buy a single ticket to the next session and see what the room is like before you commit to the private group.
- Collect your codes: every event you attend, member or not, gets you one. Collect five and you're in the draw.
- Go deeper: the private pathway is a separate monthly subscription, and it's where the twelve months actually happen. All working sessions are free for private pathway members.
- Bring someone: who gets the same messages you do. They're probably in your building.

Build an AI Training Workflow for Financial Research
·OnlineOnlineHaving the right internal workflows can not only improve financial research quality, but also establish the right metrics that support reporting, identify recurring issues, and improve AI training over time.
In this session, we walk through how to create a structured runbook for AI response evaluators focused on financial research quality using Malkant.
We'll cover a two-stage workflow including the exact forms and questions used to assess:
👉 Reasoning logic quality
👉 Financial accuracy
👉 Common failure modes
👉 Notes for follow-up and consistency improvementsYou’ll also see how to add simple daily tracking metrics to support reporting, identify recurring issues, and improve training over time.
After this introduction, you'll have the option to dive deeper into the next step.
You’ll learn how to tighten and operationalize your AI evaluation workflow after you’ve already collected real usage data. We’ll focus on practical improvements that help teams stay consistent, spot problems early, and capture reliable signals for reporting and follow-up.
We’ll cover:
- How to translate your first-day observations into lightweight workflow changes
- How to structure completion tracking so you always know what’s been finished
- How to add automated checks that surface inconsistencies, missing fields, and incomplete work
- How to introduce pattern detection so recurring issues become visible at the right scale
- How to make safe edits to the runbook while protecting data integrity and comparability
Your participation in the deep-dive section of this experience includes a one-month Malkant user account to build and optimize your AI training runbook.
If you’re interested in AI training or currently responsible for evaluating AI-generated research outputs, this session will help you move from “trying the process” to running it smoothly every day.
