London Art Journaling Group: First Event!
Join us for our very first art journaling gathering on
Saturday, October 11
Whether you’re brand new or a longtime crafter, this is a warm invitation to connect, create, and celebrate together.
To mark our launch, every attendee will receive a special swag bag brimming with new and gently used mixed media journaling treasures—all included with your ticket.
Event Schedule:
Doors open: 10:00 AM

10:15–10:30: Greetings, introductions & tour (coffee, tea, and light snacks)

10:30–12:30: Group journaling and creative time

12:30–1:15: Break—optional walk to the water dam or corner store

1:30–2:30: Light lunch provided (gluten-free options; please advise of allergies)

2:30–5:30: Journaling continues: inspiring demo videos, sharing ideas, and community fun

Please note: The studio comfortably accommodates up to 15 crafters per event, keeping the vibe cozy and hands-on. Limited spots—early registration is encouraged!
Free parking is available in the back of our building. It’s well lit and under video surveillance. Please don’t block the garage entrances.
Important:
Our space is located in a basement. There is not an elevator, and unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access at this time.
At each table, you’ll find a handy selection of cut-out pictures, scissors, glue, ephemera, and other art goodies right at your fingertips. And of course, our famous rainbow wall of supplies is always there for you to dive into for so much more!
Note: Journals are not included in the ticket price
You’re welcome to bring your favourite, or purchase one from our small shop—options start as low as $4.50 and you’ll get 30% off the listed price. Or, get creative and make your own using cereal boxes, string, glue, and the many supplies available to make tags or envelopes for your future journals. There are so many ways to make your journals uniquely yours!

Want To Stay for Sunday too?
If a few guests are coming from out of town, we’re considering a relaxed Sunday session (11:00 AM–2:00 PM) for an extra $50. Leave your project overnight, get a hotel, and return for a cozy morning of snacks, coffee, and creativity. If interested, please message directly!
Note: Daily drop-ins are not available just yet as we focus on making this first gathering extra special.
Cost: $170 + HST (Saturday event, swag bag, all supplies, snacks, and lunch)
Optional Sunday: $50 +HST extra (11:00 AM–2:00 PM, coffee & light refreshments provided)
This is a 18+ event
Feel free to bring along half-finished projects, your favourite tools or craft mat, pens, markers, or anything you have in abundance that you’d love to share. This is what it’s all about—making new connections, inspiring each other, and making art together!
