Authentic movement peer practice group

This is our first session of Authentic movement discipline, where we practice self-connection and explore relationship between a mover and a witness. For the moment, it is only open to participants who are familiar to self-inquiry practices as some degree of self-awareness and self care is needed as a container. If you have been practicing yoga, meditation, mindful movement, authentic connection, non-violent communication and other modalities you are very welcome to join. Places are limited, only 6 in total, to create a conducive space for exploration.
