2. 30 Mins CHANT & MEDITATE: 10.30-11.00 AM (£5)
3. YOGA & MEDITATION: 9.30- 11.00 AM (£10)

The class will consist of holistic practices using:
Gentle Stretching, loosening movements, Asanas (postures), Pranayama (Yogic breathing), Relaxation.
All are welcome.
--------- 30 Mins CHANT & MEDITATE @ 10.30AM - 11.00AM ----------
The Session will be:
1. Preparing the body;
2. Pranayama (Yogic breathing);
3. Chanting the mantra "Hari Aum Tat Sat Jai Guru Datta" in rhythmic repetition with the breath;
4. Sitting in Silence.

The Sanskrit Mantra: “Hari Aum Tat Sat Jai Guru Datta” is full of potent energy.
It leads to Spontaneous Silent Meditation.
It gifts permanent peace and natural Effortless Awakening; so that one can know themselves as Unbounded Awareness, Infinity, Eternity, Unconditional Love.
Chanting the mantra and sitting in silence offers the path to good physical health, calm mind, clarity for profound insights, greater wisdom, full heart, everpresent peace, & happiness.
--------------- PREPARATION: ---------------
Wear comfortable clothing with layers to keep warm / cool down;
The following items can be good aids, but are not essential :
-cushion to sit on, cushions under the knees, yoga block, yoga strap / belt, eye pillow
-blanket, socks, shawl, another layer of clothing for the relaxation part.
-Water
-Items that help the body and mind to go within.
Some mats will be available. Bring your own if you have one.
