🥾 Hike Details
Join us for a crisp late-autumn walk through the scenic trails of Pittock Conservation Area, north of Woodstock. We’ll explore a gentle hike (approx. 11 km) through forested trails and reservoir views. Expect mixed terrain: some paved or hard-packed trail, some natural surface paths, and beautiful autumn light filtering through the trees.

🚗 Parking and fee

• There is on-site parking at Pittock Conservation Area.
• To be safe: bring some cash or card for a possible vehicle pass or day-use fee; check signage at arrival.
• Trails are open dawn to dusk.

✅ What to bring

• Comfortable hiking shoes with good grip (forest trails + natural surfaces)
• Water & a snack
• Layers: It’ll be November so consider a light jacket, hat/gloves depending on the morning chill
• Camera or phone for scenery — the reservoir and fall foliage (even late) can be quite pretty
