We’ll hike sections of the Bruce Trail, carrying our own gear and staying at designated backcountry campsites. Expect rocky terrain, elevation changes, forest paths, and stunning Georgian Bay views. This is a true wilderness-style trip with limited amenities.
Permits & Fees:
Backcountry camping requires advance reservation and permits through Parks Canada. Details on booking, campsite assignments, and cost will be shared with confirmed participants.
What you’ll need:
– Backpacking tent, sleeping bag & sleeping pad
– Food for 3 days (lightweight, packable)
– Water + filtration system
– Proper hiking boots
– Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, rain gear)
– Headlamp, first-aid kit, personal essentials
