Corbett Catford Board Games

This event is hosted by the Corbett Gamers of Catford.

We welcome players of all ages, all backgrounds and all abilities. You need know nothing at all except perhaps your own name. And where to go. And what time it is. And probably how to get home afterwards. (Lifts to and from Hither Green station are often available.) If you're worried about losing, fear not as there are plenty of co-operative and otherwise non-competitive games.

Things to bring:

1. Yourself (required)
2. Drinks or snacks (optional)*
3. 1-3 games (optional)
4. Your mobile banking app to make a donation to the community centre for use of the space if you are able (optional)**

If you will be arriving late, make sure somebody knows you're coming, both so we have a table playing shorter / filler games until you arrive, and because we usually lock the gate around 8:30.

* The café is not staffed in the evening, but there is an honesty box for us with crisps, popcorn, soft drinks, tea, beer, wine etc.

** Suggested donation is £5 ~ £10 dependent on your situation, but it is not required. Abbotshall HLC tells us the total sometimes but we are not able to see who pays what.
