Come and Play Chamber Music - (Covid Permitting)

Details
Come and play Chamber Music at my house on Sunday 12th Sepember
Note: regrettably I am unable to organise a session this coming Sunday
I provide the following:
Up to six playing spaces for groups of up to 12, 8, 6, 6, 6 and 3, respectively.
One of the six-person playing-rooms has a carefully-chosen Steinway model B. I have violins, violas, cellos and a friend's 3/4 double bass available to play for multi-instrumentalists who do not wish to carry too much. I have a decent library of chamber music mostly for strings and for strings and piano; and in practice at least one wind player usually comes equipped with appropriate music (I will provide warning to winds should this ever not be the case).
As this is my private home, details of the location will be emailed by early Sunday to those who have already signed up.
Signing up: please also message me confirming that you will abide by the precautions below. You will see that available playing times are very long - and I can extend until 10:30pm if appropriate. The intention is to allow us to space out and minimise Covid risks, so please confirm what timings you can manage - and for how long you would like to play. I will then try to indicate timings that allow everyone to play in compatible group(s).
Please bring a music stand (let me know if this is difficult or impractical, as I can provide a limited number).
There will be beverages and biscuits. I have quite a few mugs; nevertheless it would be wise to bring your own.
Otherwise, same format as before-Covid, but with added precautions (to protect vulnerable family members):
Attendance requirements:
. Double vaccinated or
. Single vaccinated with negative test in previous 24 hours, or
. Vaccination exempt with negative test in previous 24 hours
Mask requirements:
. Wear mask except when seated to play or when having tea (unless exempt)
Playing standard: typically grade 7+, but this is more about musicianship than instrumental technique.
Covid isolation makes doubling up more difficult. We don't usually have to exclude anyone from playing on the grounds of musical standard, but (apologies) it may be necessary on occasion (depending on mix).
I will try to keep this updated with the expected instruments
I have probably omitted things you need to know. Please ask. (Ditto apparent errors)
Looking forward to making music with as many of you as practical
George
PS. As ever, many thanks to all who made last Sunday work as it did
