As this group is only recently active again, this may not be of interest. But please read on if you are interested in giving a voluntary donation towards Meetup fees. Thanks!

It's not free to host a group on Meetup. It costs approximately ~£288* a year at the moment (based on the latest Meetup bill and the next scheduled bill assuming no change in the exchange rate). So we have a voluntary annual membership fee to help cover the cost. *Note: This cost is the cost for running three Meetup groups.

If you would like to help with the costs you can make a voluntary donation of £5 or less (or more) - whatever you wish to contribute!

(1) The fee covers events organised in this group, and those in Bridge (Ascot) and Golf (Ascot area) groups.
(2) In the (unlikely) event that too much money from fees is received, the excess will be put in the pot for the following year.
