Event Description

What is neurodivergence, really — and how does it show up in everyday life?
Join us for a relaxed, friendly session where we’ll explore these questions together through open discussion and shared experiences.

This question-based psychoeducational meetup is for anyone curious about neurodivergence — whether you identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, etc.), suspect you might, or just want to better understand and support others.

We’ll explore:

  • What does “neurodivergent” actually mean?
  • Who tends to need support — and why are so many missed or misunderstood?
  • How do neurodivergent traits show up in real life (school, work, relationships)?
  • Why does self-understanding, community, and advocacy matter so much?

This is a welcoming space for questions, stories, reflection, and connection. You’re free to speak, listen, fidget, take notes, or just be.
All neurotypes are welcome.
