Community Dream Circle

Your dreams matter.

Many of us live our lives firmly rooted in the ‘top-side world’. The physical, solid reality that makes up our waking hours.

Most western societies place very little importance on the ‘bottom-side world’ - the unseen world of intuition, symbolism and non duality.

Dreams are a bridge to the bottom-side world. They allow us to communicate with our deepest inner guidance, notice patterns we may not recognise from our waking life, and even tap into universal wisdom.

Everyone has the ability to build a relationship with their dreams. Much like a muscle, dreamwork takes intention and commitment to build up.

This dream circle offers a supportive community space for participants to deepen (or begin) their relationship to their dreams and forge new connections with like-minded people.

Whether you’re just beginning to dip your toes into the world of dreams and rarely remember them, or you’re a multi-year practitioner and avid lucid dreamer, this event is for anyone looking for a dreaming community.

What to expect

• An opening cacao ceremony and space for shared reflection
• Small and medium sized group discussion
• An exploration of interpretations of dreams and ways to understand symbolism
• Tools to understand different types of dreams e.g. mundane, psychological, prophetic, lucid
• Guided meditation and/or guided active imagination journey
• A supportive community to explore your relationship to dreams

What to bring

• For the week before the event set an intention to remember your dreams and write down what comes up
• Bring a pen and paper, and 1-2 dreams that you’re willing to share in small groups
• You’re welcome to bring something that symbolises your relationship to your dreams to place on our altar during the event
