Challenge yourself with neurogames and fun practices designed to keep your mind sharp. This in-person, fun and interactive event is perfect for anyone looking to improve their cognitive abilities, while having a great time . Please wear comfortable clothes, as there will be some gentle exercise, based on light stretching, yoga for brain and neurodance projected on screen.

- Osteoyoga for brain- breathing and warm up exercise for head and neck
- Brain biohacking- warming up fingers, palms and joints

- Break and neuro practices discussion- neurofood and other practices- hedgehog breathing
