“Cyber Security – Incident Response”

Cyber security threats pose a real and significant risk to business by targeting valuable assets such as data and intellectual property. Paul Sexby, Head of Investigations at Information Risk Management (IRM) plc. and a senior security & risk consultant.

Paul has previously been the Chief Information Security Officer at an International Bank and at a global financial trading company.

During more than six years with IRM he has led many investigations into breaches/lapses of security, helping to identify the true business exposures, losses and impacts associated with such events, and subsequently assisted in developing the governance strategies, business processes and technology solutions to prevent any reoccurrence.

He has also authored many white papers and articles on a range of subjects including cyber security, data protection, cohesion between compliance and security, incident response and business continuity.
