THIS TWO-DAY WORKSHOP WILL HELP TURN YOUR RAGE INTO THE COURAGE TO LIVE THE LIFE YOU DESERVE
Start your New Year by embarking on an experiential journey, using creative visualisation and psychodrama, to explore why you please others at the cost of your own wellbeing and discover healing through a more authentic way of being
WORKSHOP AIMS TO HELP WITH:
•Gaining insight into why you people-please
•Compassionate understanding of how people pleasing may have served you
•Identifying the characteristics in others that trigger you to people-please
•Using your anger to detect, create and establish boundaries to stand your ground
REQUIREMENTS:
Limited to six places and you must be in personal therapy.
Final confirmation is subject to standard screening questions.
DATE: Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January 2020, 10am – 5pm
COST: NOW £20 for the weekend (reduced from £65).
