I've finally got round to arranging the next MeetUp- yay! and apologies for the wait. The agenda is as follows:
6.00-6.45- Networking
6.45-8.15 - Main session
8.15 to 8.45- Networking
The theme for the main session is 'the customer success lifecycle'. The plan is for 4 customer success folks to give a 10 minute presentation on their customer success lifecycle including:
• Onboarding
• Key events in the customer journey which require CSM touch points
• Cancellation reasons and how to prevent them
After each presentation there'll be time for questions and then a short panel discussion at the end.
It'll be a great opportunity to learn about some of the great stuff that our CSMs are doing with their customers and to do some networking over some free pizza and beers.
