What is this class?
Dance Fit & Stretch is a fun and energetic packed full session. Dance fitness workouts (all styles) along to upbeat songs from all decades.
Class is broken down into:
✅ Warm up,
✅ Dance Cardio Workouts
✅ Dance Choreography (8-16 counts)
✅ Stretch, mindfulness & Relaxation.
⭐️Class will offer a dynamic and enjoyable way to get in shape, improve flexibility, and have fun whilst dancing to iconic music.
⭐️Along with exceptional dance based fitness workouts, I’m also introducing a short class section to learn 8-16 counts of dance choreography.
✨We’ll learn some basic steps together, practice and enjoy using all the space together.
✨This is a fantastic introductory opportunity to learn foundations of dance and its many styles.
✨Dance styles will vary from Commercial, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Salsa, House & Hip House.
