What is this class?
Dance Fit & Stretch is a fun and energetic packed full session. Dance fitness workouts (all styles) along to upbeat songs from all decades.
Class is broken down into:
✅ Warm up,
✅ Dance Cardio Workouts
✅ Body Conditioning or HIIT (light HIIT)
✅ Stretch, mindfulness & Relaxation.
✨ Strengthen and lengthening all the bodies muscles, maintaining & improving flexibility whilst preventing injury and helping muscle recovery. Completing the class with a mindful relaxation, promoting self-care and well-being. This class is designed to focus on both physical and mental health. It is also a great introduction to dance movement and styles of dancing.
✨Dance Fit & Stretch is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Class will offer a dynamic and enjoyable way to get in shape, improve flexibility, and have fun whilst dancing to iconic music.
