First meeting (virtual), 30 minute overview of key Reinforcement Learning concepts and keywords.

The aim is to have an accessible introduction, signposting key concepts and resources. This hopefully will spark questions and also allow people to explore further topics as they wish. This follows the idea that first obtaining a strong framework of key concepts allows rapid learning of a topic. (Josh Kaufman)
