Hey nature lovers!
Let’s make the most of the sunshine and enjoy nature together this summer 🌿
I’m a certified RYT500 yoga instructor with 4+ years of teaching experience in both China and the UK. I’ll be hosting relaxed monthly outdoor yoga sessions designed for all levels - especially beginners and anyone looking to slow down, move gently, and connect with like-minded people.
After the practice, we’ll unwind together with a special Chinese loose leaf tea tasting session 🍵
This is a welcoming group focused on calm energy, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
What to expect
1. Guided Meditation (5-10 mins)
2. Breathwork/Pranayama (15 mins)
3. Gentle Yoga Flow (45 mins)
4. Lie down, do nothing, charge ourselves with sunshine (5 mins)
5. Chinese Loose Leaf Tea Tasting
6. Maximum 15 people
Please bring:
- Comfortable clothes for movement
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle if needed
