Beginner-friendly. Peer-led. Learning together.
London Health and Fitness Club is a beginner-friendly wellbeing group for people aged 25–30 who want to improve their health, fitness, and mindset in a relaxed and supportive environment.
This is not a coached or expert-led group. I am a beginner too. The purpose of this group is to learn together, try new things, and build healthy habits as peers — without pressure, comparison, or unrealistic expectations.
Our meetups may include:
Beginner-level fitness or gentle movement
Wellness walks and light activity
Stretching, breathing, or simple mindfulness
Sharing routines, ideas, and things we are learning
Open conversations about health, balance, and consistency
This group is for you if:
You are new to fitness or getting back into it
You want a friendly, non-judgmental space
You prefer learning together rather than being “taught”
You want to meet people your age who care about wellbeing
No experience is required, and no one is expected to be an expert. The focus is on progress, consistency, and community, not performance.
