This is a beginner-friendly meetup for people aged 25–30 who want to improve their health and wellbeing in a relaxed, supportive way.
This is not a coached session — I’m a beginner too. The goal is to move a little, learn from each other, and build healthy habits together without pressure or judgment.
We’ll do some light movement or a short walk, followed by stretching and casual conversation about wellbeing and what we’d like to try in future meetups.
All fitness levels welcome. Everything is optional. Come as you are.
