Walk, talk, take a photo or two...

Details
Hello!
What is this?
Is there something on your mind? Whatever it is, join us as we take a wander and look at how our surroundings might help support our own solutions.
This is a small group for personal reflection, kept deliberately small and with the emphasis on personal - there is no requirement to share, no need to say anything, if you don't wish to.
What to expect
We will meet as a group to start, briefly introduce ourselves (I promise no awkward icebreakers!) and then it's up to you - we can start as a group, but you are free to go your own way immediately.
Go at a pace that feels right for you - there's no route to follow. As you travel, let your movements and your surroundings support your thinking. Pause as often as you wish; take a photograph that reflects your thinking, your question (if you have a question!). Jot down your thoughts; perhaps make a sketch - whatever helps you.
After an hour and a half (or thereabouts) we will all meet again as a group. Again, if you feel comfortable this might be your time to share something that may have come up for you; of course you can absolutely maintain privacy.
What to bring
- Something to take photographs with
- A notebook, if you wish to draw or jot something down
- Your presence - you will get the most out of this time if you are in the moment and not thinking about work, shopping, life admin etc
It might be helpful for you to come with your theme in mind i.e., something you would like to think about. But you can also see what comes up during the morning.
My role
I'm a qualified life coach and will be there to listen to anything you wish to discuss. If you wanted to have a more in-depth conversation about your morning's thoughts later on, we can talk about that too.
Any questions?
This is the first of what I hope will be many of these, so your question may help shape what it looks like. Also I hope the "walk" in the title isn't off-putting, especially if you have access needs. Please do get in touch with any queries as I would like this to be an accessible event.
