Meeting points please read..
Meet outside Saunderton train station for the walk to start at 10.00am promptly (after the train from London arrives). The time is early to allow for the distance. Please be prompt as we need as much time as possible for this hike. Saunderton station has no facilities.
By train from London: The London Marylebone train at 8.53am gets to Saunderton for 9.52am. I would encourage you to seek out other members who can go as part of a group save on the train and meet from 8.20am to give you time to get tickets.
The organizer will not be taking the train but will meet you at Saunderton Rail Station.
I would suggest you meet outside the WHSmith shop outside London Marylebone to give you time to get a group save and buy tickets as you may have to queue (see photo below). See National Rail Enquiries (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/)
Car: The station car park at Saunderton should be free, please leave enough time to park and check for restrictions.
