Many of our recurring challenges in adulthood—such as repeating relationship patterns, struggles with boundaries, feeling stuck, or carrying unspoken emotional burdens—often have deep roots in our family systems and inherited ancestral dynamics.

We gather for in-person group workshops in London throughout the year, alongside offering 1:1 online sessions for personalised deep work.

• Release inherited emotional patterns and burden carrying.
