Exclusive Caribbean Pop-Up Supper Club Feast

An exciting up and coming Caribbean chef Tonio will be having his next Tonio's Kitchen pop-up on Saturday 21 July evening exclusively designed for members of our MeetUp group.

He has come up with a special menu for us and offered us our own table for dinner from 7pm to 10pm, with a 3-course set for just £28.50 pp, including a starter, main, dessert, a Rum Punch and an amuse-bouche.

On Arrival

• Tropical Rum Punch
• Spicy Sweet Potato Hummus with Plantain Chips (vegan)

SHARING STARTERS

• Jerk White Bait (crispy White-Bait Fish seasoned with a blend of herbs & spices)
• Smoked Sweet Chilli BBQ Wings (smoked Chicken Wings cooked over coal with Pimento Wood & Infused with Orange Wood)
• Jamaican Stewed Beans (vegan friendly; a flavoursome Red Kidney Bean Stew with Carrot served with Tortilla Chips)

SHARING MAINS

• Classic Jerk Meal (jerk Chicken served with rice & peas, gravy & coleslaw)
• Ackee & Salt fish with Fried Dumplings
• Butter Bean Curry (vegan friendly; a flavoursome Butter Bean Curry served with Bulgur Wheat Salad)

SIDES

• Mac and Cheese
• Seafood Macaroni Salad
• Coleslaw
• Bulgur Wheat Salad

DESSERTS

• Carrot & Sweet Potato Cake with Buttercream Frosting
• Banana Cheese Cake Bites (vegan friendly)

• Carrot Punch (a refreshing Carrot flavoured punch, Spiced with Cinnamon, Vanilla & Nutmeg)
