worshop: making traditional galettes des rois

Hi,

in this workshop, we will learn to make the famous "galette des rois", eaten on the 6th of january everywhere in France. We will prepare the frangipane, and also learn how to make the southern French "couronne des rois".
The event is free in itself, but I will charge for the ingredients. It should not exceed £10/ person.
Please note, the event will only run if there are at least 3 people coming.
We will cook together (in French of course) in our beautiful 56th floor kitchen, and then we will share one frangipane together, discuss the tradition and converse in French and you can take the one you made home!
You are welcome to bring a drink if you like, we have glasses and everything necessary.
