Join me this Sunday for a power yoga flow that blends strength with softness.
“Soft Strength” is all about finding that balance between effort and ease so the class will combine a strong, steady flow with mindful moments to breathe, soften, and reconnect. Class Length is 45 minutes starting at 6pm 🤍
