Government services mostly consist of words. However, people tend not to read them. In the last seven years or so content design has emerged as a discipline to reduce, simplify and clarify content in guidance and services.
For the 12th Gov Design Meetup, we invite content design professionals to talk about their work, show us how they make services more accessible and easier to understand and use.
