## Claim your space / expand your presence

Learn to stop shrinking and command space with authenticity.

When you walk into a room, do you feel seen — or do you unconsciously hold yourself back? In this session, you’ll experience what it feels like to take up space fully.
Through embodied exercises and voice work, you’ll:

  • Explore the contrast between how your “current self” speaks and moves versus your “future self.”
  • Practice expanding your physical presence so you no longer shrink or collapse inward.
  • Discover how resonance, breath, and vocal projection create a powerful sense of authority.

This class gives you a felt sense of presence that goes beyond confidence — it’s about aligning body, voice, and self so you feel unshakably grounded.

# The Intelligence of the Body – Embody Your Future Self

A 4-part series with Martina Avogadri (small group: 5–10 people)
Dates: Saturdays — 8 Nov, 15th, 22nd and 29th Nov 2025
Times: 10:00–12:00
Duration: 2 hours per session

Why this is different:
These workshops blend theatre-rooted movement and voice with coaching-style reflection to help you feel grounded, expand presence, and speak from your body—not your overthinking mind. You’ll experience Future-Self Embodiment: a guided, practical way to step into the person you’re becoming through how you move, breathe, and sound.

Who it’s for:
Professionals, creatives, and anyone who wants to get out of their head and into their body. No acting or movement experience needed—just curiosity.

You’ll leave with:

  • A repeatable grounding sequence (breath + stance + focus) you can use before meetings, pitches, or performances.
  • Voice tools for resonance, projection, and steadiness under pressure.
  • A felt, memorable experience of your future self—in your body, not just your head.
