## Be Your Future Self - Inhabit the body of the person you want to be

Don’t just imagine your future self — get use to living in their body.

Learn to step into the body, voice, and presence of your future self.

You’ll practice:

  • Walking, speaking, and breathing as your future self.
  • Identifying which movement qualities and vocal tones you want to carry forward.
  • Integrating this embodied self into a short text or simple improvisation.

The experience is powerful: you don’t just visualise your future self — you become them in real time. You’ll leave with a tangible sense of transformation, and with tools you can take into work, relationships, and everyday life.

(For those attending the series, this is the culmination. In the workshop, you'll learn to use everything you’ve discovered).

# The Intelligence of the Body – Embody Your Future Self

A 4-part series with Martina Avogadri (small group: 5–10 people)
Dates: Saturdays — 8 Nov, 15th, 22nd, 29th Nov 2025
Times: 10:00–12:00
Duration: 2 hours per session

Why this is different:
These workshops blend theatre-rooted movement and voice with coaching-style reflection to help you feel grounded, expand presence, and speak from your body—not your overthinking mind. You’ll experience Future-Self Embodiment: a guided, practical way to step into the person you’re becoming through how you move, breathe, and sound.

Who it’s for:
Professionals, creatives, and anyone who wants to get out of their head and into their body. No acting or movement experience needed—just curiosity.

You’ll leave with:

  • A repeatable grounding sequence (breath + stance + focus) you can use before meetings, pitches, or performances.
  • Voice tools for resonance, projection, and steadiness under pressure.
  • A felt, memorable experience of your future self—in your body, not just your head.
