Beginners are welcome. Max Meditation™ is suitable for anyone wanting a deeper, more immediate sense of calm than solo meditation. Experienced meditators also benefit from structured delivery.

Actual meditation length is around 40-50 minutes, depending on the group. It may sound long, but time flies.
End time: 8:00 (though you may choose to stay and chat for a bit)

Location: This meditation is in-person to encourage optimal relaxation, at Modern Mystery School UK EU, 4 Celbridge Mews, (Westbourne Grove) London.
