HashiCorp Meetup #41 - Consul and Policy as Code

Time for the second meetup of 2024! Two great talks lined up.

• 18.30 – Talk 1 – Anthony Ekpechue – Lead Multi-Cloud Delivery Consultant @ GlobalLogic UK&I – Secure Terraform Infrastructure Deployments with Open Policy Agent & (Rego):
• “Policies are rules that Terraform Cloud enforces on runs. You can use the Rego policy language to write policies for the Open Policy Agent (OPA) framework which can be supported in Terraform via Terraform Cloud Run Tasks. In this session we walkthrough how to write and define OPA policies using the Rego language, group the policies into policy sets and apply them globally or to specific projects and workspaces.”
• 19.15 – Talk 2 – Adam Bonny – CTO @ Natilik – How Consul became the foundation of our CI/CD strategy:
• "Adam will talk through Natilik's history and usage of Consul, and how it has become key to Natilik's CI/CD strategy, providing a bridge between their development and operations teams."
