Permissioning and Transformation is a very popular self-help technique that is working wonders for people from all walks of life. This includes healthcare professionals, business leaders, parents, teens and anyone wanting to bring much more inner peace and balance into their lives.

It is an elegant process that is incredibly simple to learn and is a pathway into maintaining a peaceful state of being. This technique is designed to literally free your mind from any fixed viewpoints, as you experience life with new and open perspectives. As you apply the technique you will enter into a state of presence very quickly. This creates a powerful healing space where peace, fresh insights,  and an open mind become your default setting.

Permissioning and Transformation can be applied to all areas of life such as health, relationships, studies, wealth and success.

Permissioning and Transformation programs are approved to count towards the 35 hours of Nursing and Midwifery council revalidation points.

## Reset and Regulate your nervous system

This workshop will teach you easy to learn techniques that are specifically focused on resetting and regulating your central nervous system.

You will be given the tools to rewire, regulate and reset

The key to regulating your nervous system is using these simple techniques to retrain yourself to bounce back quickly from stress.

To make this realistic the techniques in this workshop are short, fast and effective. They can be used during your day and some take as little as 20 seconds.

For example you may find yourself:

  • Unable to get out of bed in the morning
  • Tense after a stressful conversation that u can’t stop thinking about
  • Feeling tired and lethargic 
  • Anxious before a meeting
  • Drained after a meeting
  • Ungrounded and overloaded with stress
  • Unable to control how you respond to family members when they stress you out
  • Anxious before a social event
  • Anxious about current world events

During the workshop you will learn how to follow specific quick processes to quickly retrain your nervous system back into a state of calm.

For example, you will learn fast techniques to use:

  • Before eating to help digestion
  • Feel tired and need a fast energy boost 
  • After talking to a person that has stressed you out
  • Before talking to a demanding person
  • As you feel anxiety or panic setting in

  • To quickly calm a mind that is overthinking

  • Wake in the night and can’t get back to sleep
