HR Disruptors September Meetup

London HR Disruptors are back again at Xref’s (https://xref.com/en/uk/) Central London location. If you are like me and are clinging onto the last remnants of summer then join us on our rooftop for drinks, nibbles and like always riveting HR Disruptive conversations.

This time around we have been luckily enough to secure renowned social recruiter Steve Ward (https://www.linkedin.com/in/cloudninerec/) to deliver his presentation "It's time to Hire Fans, Not Just Candidates".

Steve's talk will look at how talent attraction methods have developed because of what we can achieve with the knowledge social media gives us. In a world where staff retention stats are at their lowest ebb, and people's increased need for purpose and belief in their employment; Steve will be discussing how we identify and develop pipelines of talent who have admiration in our business and leaders. A little about Steve:

Steve Ward has been recruiting for 23 years, and within that is generally regarded as the first practising 'social recruiter', making it his primary methodology with his agency CloudNine in 2008. Globally recognised for his continued authority and exploration into social engagement innovation, Steve has spoken and operated around the world on the subject whilst continuing with ongoing hands-on application of new developments. Since CloudNine's acquisition in 2013, and his subsequent departure in 2015, Steve has continued this vein as a Talent Attraction Strategist, working in-house with growth businesses to help them be a magnet to the talent they want to attract, as well as being an advisor to talent pipelining software, Candidate.ID.
