A bit more about your organiser: My name is Cricket (they/he) and I've been performing improv comedy for over 10 years. I've had sell out shows at many fringes including Edinburgh, Camden, Brighton and more. Shows I've been part of have been recommended by Time Out Magazine and London Evening Standard. I would be leading these workshops and they will remain free I want the events to be focused on meeting new people, having fun with improv on all levels and getting out in some of London's nicest parks. I've also led workshops for such corporations like The Prince's Trust and the University of Bedfordshire

The group is new but if successful after the first couple events, I hope to run it at least once every month.
FAQ:
Q: Do I need to have any experiencing performing?
A: Not at all! The workshop will be led by your organiser who has worked with all levels of performers. If you've never set foot on stage before then that's not a problem. Just think of it as harmless as charades with your friends on the seasonal holidays. There will also be a little ice breaker at the start of each meet up so you can share with the group your experience.
Q: Will I be performing in front of people?
A: With this being a workshop, it's not absolutely necessary to take part in the performance section. We do encourage it but if you'd feel more comfortable just taking part in the group exercises and not being singled out and watch by your fellow workshop attendees then that's all good!
Q: Where about's in the park do you perform?
A: We try to find a spot (ideally sheltered, you never know weather!) that's more secluded from the busy walkways, cafes, cyclist etc so we can have more focus on us as a group. With that said, it is a public park so you might occasionally have some on-lookers from afar. The exact location in the nominated park will be announced closer to the event start date.
Any questions you've thought of that aren't listed, message Cricket and they'll be happy to help!
